Many of us go through the same routine day after day, month after month, year after year. Everything begins to blend together in a swirl of daily commute , work , food & tv.
Life should be about passion , excitement & happiness. Our routines should allow our hearts and minds to grow and to be what we want to be.
If you agree with it and want to break away – try something new, take a 30 day challenge.
“The next 30 days are going to pass whether you like it or not. So why not think about something you have always wanted to try….and give it a shot!” –Matt Cutts
Knowing that you got to do it only for 30 days makes it less threatening to think about and easily achievable .Successfully accomplishing the challenges will grow sense of achievement and you might even gain enough strength to quit some old, bad habits or form some new great habits.
While setting up the first 30 day challenge for yourself , ensure that you follow SAM ( specific , achievable and motivational ).
My 30 days challenge will be to write at least 500 words everyday & to exercise for 15 minutes.
